π Program Details
Player Level = AAA/AA players
β οΈ AAA/AA Level Players: This program is designed for travel-level players, as it assumes participants already possess a strong foundation in skating and puck skills. Players below that level will struggle to compete and perform the drills as intended. For those players, we recommend joining our Spring & Summer Skill Sessions to build a stronger foundation.
For any questions regarding player level or registration, please email mark@markzarbohockey.com.
Total Practices: 4 – 1.5 hour practices β 6 total hours of ice
Maximum Players: 18 β 3 groups, 6 players
π Staff
Head Instructor β Jared Cummins (Skating Coach & AHL Referee)

π Objective
Purpose of the camp is to focus on foundational skating & puck control skills and apply them into game situations. Topics include posture, skating base/stride mechanics, overspeed skating skills, change of direction skills, dynamic inside & outside edge skills. Exact practice plans are level and age dependent.
