Free Goalie Ice Times!

Below are all the dates and camps where we are in need of goalies for the upcoming season.

 

🏒 How to Sign Up

 

Please use the sign-up form on our website.

  • On the form, check the “FREE GOALIE ICE” tab at the very bottom of the list of programs to view available goalie sessions.

  • All other tabs are for player program sign-up.

  • Select the age group, dates, and times your goalie would like to attend.

 

⚠️ Please note: If you sign up, we are relying on your goalie to attend. We understand that schedules can change, but if you need to cancel, please give us fair notice so we can find a replacement.

 

🏒 Deposit Policy

 

To hold a spot, a $20 deposit per session is now required.

  • The deposit will be refunded after each session attended (please allow 48 hours for processing).

  • This policy has been adopted due to a high number of no-call/no-show sign-ups, which negatively affect practice planning and drills.

 

🏒 Cancellation Policy

 

  • If you cancel more than 1 week in advance, your deposit will be automatically refunded.

  • If you cancel less than 1 week in advance, we must be able to find a replacement goalie in order to issue a refund.

  • Goalies may also find their own replacement at any time to qualify for a refund.

School Holiday Programs

 

All school holiday camps are station-based. Players are split into four groups based on age and skill level, and goalies are matched to groups and drills accordingly.

 

Camps needing goalies:

  • Wednesday, Nov 11 – Skating, Battling & Puck Protection Camp (Veterans Day)

  • Friday, Nov 27 – Battling & Puck Protection Camp (Thanksgiving Break)

  • Thursday, Dec 24 – Passing, Battling & SAG Camp (Christmas Break)

  • Wednesday, Dec 30 – Battling & Puck Protection Camp (Christmas Break)

  • Thursday, Dec 31 – Mixed Skills Camp (Christmas Break)

  • Monday, Jan 18 – Skating & Puck Protection Camp (MLK Day)

  • Wednesday, Feb 17 – Battling & Puck Protection Camp (Winter Break)

  • Thursday, Feb 18 – Mixed Skills Camp (Winter Break)

🏒 Payment Policies

 

Payment is required at the time of sign-up to secure your spot. This applies to all sign-ups, regardless of how far in advance the date or camp may be. We will no longer hold or reserve spots without payment being made in full at the time of sign-up. See refund/cancellation policy for further details.

Credit Card: Email mark@markzarbohockey.com to request a payment link. We are now waiving the former 3% credit card fee.

 

Cash: Cash is accepted, but payment must be received within one week of submitting the sign-up form. If you are unable to pay within one week, please use one of the other available payment methods.

 

🏒 How Do I Sign Up for Programs?

 

To sign up, please complete the form below. Sign-ups are ONLY accepted through this form.

 

Step 1: Fill out parent/guardian contact information.

Step 2: Select the number of players you wish to register. The corresponding number of player sign-up forms will appear.

Step 3: Complete each player’s information.

Step 4: Check the box next to each program you want the player to attend. Additional instructions or fields for each program will appear—follow these to complete the sign-up.

Step 5: Repeat Steps 3–4 for each additional player.

 

After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a page to complete the liability waiver. You will also receive an email receipt containing:

  • A copy of your sign-up
  • Invoice and payment information
  • Confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as sign up is submitted, check SPAM/Junk folders if not received right after form submitted

 

IMPORTANT: Double-check, save, and print the confirmation for your records. You are responsible for all dates signed up for.

 

Tip: You can register multiple players and for multiple programs on a single form—no need to complete separate forms for each player or program.

 

Press Submit 1x Only:  Once you are finished with your form press the submit button only 1x.  Please give our system a second to load your form.  If you press the submit button more than once it will cause a submission failure.

2026 - 2027 Fall & Winter Sign Up Form

Review your sign-up form before submitting. After submitting you will receive an emailed copy of your form as a receipt. Save or print this email for your records. Check SPAM/Junk folder if email receipt not received within 1 - 2 minutes of submission.
